Supporting the Frontline with Trauma Informed Yoga

  • Onsite team sessions are for any frontline agency. We come to you with a personalized program to support your team’s unique lifestyle and stressors.

    We offer an introductory 2 session series to lay the foundation of knowledge and then a follow up class to dive deeper into the practices and support applicability of the tools.

    After the intro series we can schedule quarterly or monthly sessions to foster continued mental and physical healthy habits for your team.

    Our sessions our led by Trauma Informed Yoga Educators and include:

    • Tools & Drills to Support Self-regulation

  • The life of a frontline professional can come with moments of intensity and grief when exposed to traumatic moments or loss of a patient or colleague. As trauma informed yoga teachers we understand the body plays an important role in feeling and processing stress, trauma, and grief.

    Our group or individual sessions can accompany your agency through the toughest moments by creating a safe space to process physically, mentally or emotionally. With the tools of yoga and mindfulness, our method allows for inner decontamination and healing. We will work to regulate the nervous system, recalibrate the body, and nourish the heart. Our goal is to create a supportive space to release and to learn applicable tools to take with you into your life.

    Processing an emotional or traumatic moment is not a one and done approach, it takes time in a supportive space to unwind and regulate. It is important to have a minimum of 2 - 4 sessions with the impacted teams to allow for ample time and integration of these tools.  Sessions will be catered to your agency and situation.

    What’s included:

    • Short education on the nervous system, where we hold trauma and grief in the body, and how yoga practices can support processing and equilibrium.

    • Mindfulness and breathing exercises for release and regulation.

    • 1.5 hour yoga/ meditation class with a focus on creating external and internal safety, processing, and letting go.

  • Community is vital to the health of everyone. We are a family oriented business with a focus on supporting our community with local, welcoming, and attainable classes. We create gatherings for frontline professionals and/or their loved ones such as:

    • Trauma Informed Yoga & Meditation Workshops

    • Family & Couples Yoga

    • Men’s & Women’s Circles

    • And More!

  • If you’d like to dive deeper into your mental health and wellness routine, we offer private one-to-one or small group sessions catered to you and your personal goals. Our instructors are trauma informed to support a safe and transformative space.

    Private sessions can include:
